Before I introduce you all formally to Ja’cylynn, I need to issue a trigger warning as these episodes of The Banquet Hall feature our amazing guest sharing about her experiences with miscarriages. Some viewers might feel triggered by some of the content of the episode based on lived experiences.

Ja’cylynn is one of my favorite human beings on this planet, and I am blessed and grateful that she trusted me as well as my platform to share her story. She is one of the “little homies” who I have shared endless laughs with throughout our time knowing each other. She has such a genuine, loving spirit, and I am so thankful to call her a friend.

As the first mom on the pod, I wanted to learn more about Ja’cylynn’s journey to become a mother to her beautiful child. Part of that story though contains grief and navigating difficult times as she aimed to build a family. That hasn’t stopped her from wanting to be a voice and an advocate for other parents who navigate infertility. These episodes will be impactful and educational for many as we discuss the roles of supportive partners, empathetic doctors, and building out the proper support system.
