Kennedy
Kennedy is an optometry student starting her journey at Berkeley.
There is no doubt that Kennedy is going to make great impact in the world by continuing to shine as the leader that she naturally is. She is one of my “mentees turned homies” and it was an honor to be able to tell her story on the podcast. Our friendship started as hallway conversations fueled by the “Battle of L.A.” between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Clippers (it’s not a battle). I can’t wait to see (pun maybe intended) what the future holds for future Dr. Cofield. Join us at the table as we talk about what optometry entails, growing into leadership as a young Black student, and of course, how on Earth she became a Clippers fan.
