Lew Salem is a rapper and producer from San Diego.

During our interview, I got to learn a lot about how Lew sees the world as the artist he is. When you hear an artist perform at an open mic, you only get 3-5 minutes per performance to learn about them, including whatever abbreviated introduction they give. If you listen closely, you can typically learn a lot in that short time. Flow, lyricism, stage presence, humor, there is a lot that goes into it.
